About Bath Community Physical Therapy and
Rehab & Wellness Center

Bath Community Hospital provides outpatient physical therapy and foot management/orthotics at 9232 Sam Snead Highway. We also have a community fitness center with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, personal training, and exercise classes at 9247 Sam Snead Highway.

Wellness Center Membership:

Daily: $10.00 per person

Student: $15 per month

Single: $25 per month

Couple: $35 per month

Family: $45 per month

Benefits include:

Orientation to the fitness equipment
Assistance from exercise professionals
Use of shower and locker facilities
Discounts for exercise classes.

Hours of Operation:

Summer Hours

Mondays and Wednesdays: 6 am – 8 pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 6 am – 7pm
Fridays: 6 am – 6 pm
Saturdays & Sundays closed
