Bath Community Hospital is a member of VaLiance Health, a regional alliance of hospitals and health systems that serve the central Shenandoah Valley. Formed in 1997 by Augusta Medical Center (AMC), Rockingham Memorial Hospital (RMH) and the University of Virginia Health System (UVa), the purpose of VaLiance Health is to stimulate and manage regional cooperation among its member hospitals.
By collaborating with one another through VaLiance Health, each of
the hospitals seeks opportunities that:
- strengthen community-based
health care in a manner consistent with the mission,
vision and values of each partner;
- improve community health
and management of care;
- improve the efficiency and effectiveness
of health care delivery.
